Oilfields Supply Center Sdn Bhd (OSC), was formed in 2008. It maintains a strong presence with its Corporate and marketing office based in the Capital City, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and has its manufacturing & workshop facility strategically located in Langsat-OSC (LOSC), Tanjung Langsat, Johor.
OSC was set up to serve the ASEAN market offering their expertise in the manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Skid Packages and other engineering works typically associated with the Process Industry. Besides its own manufacturing, technical and design team, OSC has full technical support from OSC Dubai Engineering services and with its vast experience of over 50 years in the Oil, Gas and Power Industry, OSC would be able to offer a complete range of services including all aspects of heating and cooling, which utilises state of the art manufacturing techniques.
One of OSC’s strength is its vast experience in the manufacturing of Pressure Vessel and Air Cooled Heat Exchangers with its extensive experience in manufacturing using exotic material.
Formed in 2008, OSC is 70% owned by a Malaysian Bumiputera company, Pan Asia Process Solutions Sdn Bhd and 30% owned by Oilfields Supply Center Ltd, Dubai (OSC Dubai).
OSC Dubai was founded in Dubai in the early 1960’s at the behest of His Highness Shaikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the late Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, to serve Dubai’s exploration activities. It was the first base of its kind and rapidly established itself as a reliable partner for the oil and gas industry, providing a wide range of land-based facilities and operations support.
As development activity increased in the Middle East, OSC Dubai’s operations expanded and soon became the major support facility for the region beyond.
In addition to services Oilfields Supply Center Limited over the years has developed differing manufacturing capabilities from its Jebel Ali base and now design, engineers and produces heat exchangers, pressure vessels, skid mounted packages, oilfield equipment (completions, wellbore intervention, jar, shock tools etc.) and fluid sealing products.

Langsat-OSC Sdn Bhd (LOSC) is a joint venture company between OSC Dubai and Langsat Marine Base Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Johor Corporation), established in 2014. LOSC was formed to develop, construct, operate and maintain the common user supply base on a 2.2 million square feet land area at Tanjung Langsat Port in the State of Johor. LOSC has obtained LMW/ Bonded status .
Oilfields Supply Center Sdn Bhd workshop facilities are strategically located in LOSC . With this advantage and its strategic location, Oilfields Supply Center Sdn Bhd is poised to serve the ASEAN market.
