Mechanical Design done with PV Elite Software
Design, Manufacture, Inspection and Testing in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div.1

(for closure) and ASME B31.8 for Pig Trap Barrel. Other Standards can be followed if required.

Quick Open Closure (QOC) sourced as per client’s requirements from reputable suppliers.
Major/Minor Barrels can be supplied in high strength Grades such as API 5L X65 PSL2 and Reducers MS SP75 WPHY65/ASTM A694F2 c/w HIC and SSC Testing if required.
Accessories such as Pig Signaller and Drift Tool for Pig Traps.
Experienced and capable of Manufacturing Launcher’s and Receiver’s for Offshore Process Platforms with local Malaysian Regulatory Body (DOSH), Permit to Install.
